Blog Uses
I think blogging would be a great tool to use in the social studies and English classes. I am going to try to get some of my teachers to try using the blog feature through edline this year. Last year some of the English teachers were concerned about student behavior in blogs. They wanted to have some rules set up in their syllabus and assertive discipline plans for when/if the students misbehaved.

As with using any technology for students, there should be rules and a discipline plan. When my son was in high school, we both had to sign an Internet Use Policy.
